This is a collection of all drawings produced during the 2012 spring semester for the ARCH 609 studio. In three general sections - pre-design, mid-design, and final design, I present the New Orleans Center for Documentary Studies as it develops in direct response to reviews. Rather than summarize the design concept as most studio reports, I expand on the design process to as much detail as is reasonably possible. This is an honest representation of the work as it was completed within the given time frame. Minimal editing to drawings has been done, so as not to falsely represent what was accomplished. For a quick understanding of the architectural design, turn to the final design section of the book. I hope you find the work interesting, at least, and inspiring if I can hope. Enjoy the read, rock chalk!
