Project Description - Our team created modular furniture pieces and reimagined the floor plan to create an open, inviting atmosphere to increase social interaction. In addition to increasing visibility for TDECU, our goal was to create a relaxed atmosphere to help ease students’ anxiety regarding money & finances.

Role - Design floor plans, exterior elevations, sections, and create photo-realistic renders for marketing

Project Description - This project was commissioned by our firm’s founder, Ken Newberry. I have had the pleasure of working on both drawings and renderings. This future showhouse project will benefit Arrow’s Freedom Place, a recovery center for underage female victims of domestic child sex-trafficking. This project will be featured in national publications once completed.

Role - Provide new floor plan design & moulding details.

Project Description - Our team re-envisioned this existing home to better fit the owner’s lifestyle. The kitchen, butler‘s pantry, laundry, primary bathroom, & primary closet were in need of reconfiguration to utilize each space to its fullest potential. Additionally, our team was tasked with designing a new entry entablature and front door.

Role - Design new floor plan, primary suite addition, exterior elevations, & building sections.

Project Description - This private residence was the collaboration between the client’s vision and our design team. The owners loved the style of the existing home, but needed more space for their growing family. In keeping with the existing architecture, our team was able to seamlessly blend the old with the new while efficiently reconfiguring the floor plan.

PIRATE’S COVE NEW CONSTRUCTION

Project Location - Pirate’s Cove, Galveston Project Type - New Construction Residence

Total SF - 3,525 SF Design Start - January 2024

Role - Design a site plan that highlights the connection between the new residence &the existing structure and create photorealistic renderings.

Project Description - Our design team was tasked with designing a new residence and connecting it to the existing residence on the adjacent lot. The owners love hosting and envision using these beach houses to entertain their family & friends. Our goal was to maximize the owners’ views to Galveston’s West Bay while blending the new structure with the existing home.
