Benefits
Dieters lose weight because they consume fewer calories in general and because paleo foods are high in fiber, minerals and vitamins that make them feel fuller longer, reducing the urge to snack on unhealthy foods.
Drawbacks
Individuals must exercise regularly in order to see results, and there is a limited variety of choices which could lead to boredom and a desire to quit.
