Through Observation- Paris. Nicola Murphy



With the recent Trip to Paris in January, looking at the surroundings to take inspiration for an up and coming project. During the trip I visited a variety of different places including; Maison et Objet, George Pompidou Centre as well many other places. Having to focus on different topics to photograph, these included interiors, textures, furniture, design and exteriors.

Furniture


BUANCO 1mm Veener, is cut down into 10mm stips which is then coiled around a base. It is then pushed through creating the shapes of the lights and other products.


The Pitch Pendant, by Vitamin Studios The multi directional pendant light, the outer shade can be rotated and to adjust the angle of the light being given out.




The Plywood Laboratory Sheets of veneer, is sandwiched together with coloured card in between the layers.
