Design Brief Specification

• I decided that my project would be based in Barking. I have noticed that the barking environment around here is very undeveloped. There are a few buildings around, but the rest of the area is mostly open space. With the increase in housing, there is a lot of barking being developed right now, so I thought it would be a good place to place my design. I have noticed that Barking doesn't seem to have many shopping areas apart from a few markets in the area, so I figured adding a Café in the area could bring more money to the area and help with the redevelopment of what Barking is bringing more people into the local economy too.

• Theme = Nature and organic materials.

• Needs to have an open space.

• GARDEN SPACE

• Outdoor seating

• Shaded areas

• Free Wi-fi

• M/F Toilets

• Disabled facilities

• Café provides Interior and Exterior eating

• A pavilion like structure.
