Oak Patch Gifts was founded in 1974 in Eugene, OR and was created to buy and grow gift brands. Over the years, Oak Patch has purchased and marketed more than a dozen brands. In 2017, the company was acquired by Nicole Brayden Gifts.

Oak Patch Gifts will be the company’s incubator for developing new brands and product lines. We will introduce a variety of brands creating a unique collection of new and trending products. Some of these brands will come and go based on market trends, while others will remain for many years. Some brands will even go on to become major brands and breakout to be their own catalog.

HOW IT WORKS

How does it work?

The Booom Box uses Near Field Audio (NFA) technology, also known as induction speakers, which are a type of wireless speaker that works due to a process known as electromagnetic induction. Inside is a transducer, which is a device that converts energy into an electrical signal. Your phone rests on top of this electrical signal, and the sound from your device is then amplified.

What devices can I use with this?

The Booom Box works with virtually all mobile phones, tablets, and MP3 players with a built-in speaker. If you have a device with built-in speakers, simply lay the device on top of the amplifier and align the speaker with the back of the Booom Box and it will amplify the sound.

Will this work to amplify phone conversations?

Yes! The sound clarity of the person speaking is crisp and clear. With your phone’s speaker at the back of the Booom Box, and with the sound traveling out the front Box, it does not create a feedback loop. Easy for the elderly and hard of hearing to have clear and loud speakerphone conversations.

Does it use Bluetooth pairing?

No. This speaker does not connect via Bluetooth. It uses inductive coupling, or Near Field Audio (NFA) technology, for a wireless transmission of sound.

What if I have a Pop Socket, wallet case, or phone stand attached to the back of my phone?

Simply lay the phone or mobile device face down so it’s lying flat on the Booom Box after you’ve pressed play or touched “Speaker” to turn the speakerphone on.

How do I control the volume?

The volume is adjusted via the controls on your device.

How do I disconnect my phone?

Since there is no pairing or Bluetooth used, simply pick your phone up off the Booom Box and the sound will return to the built-in speakers on the device.

One of the things we’ve found with the Booom Box is that if the stores demo the product, it does really really well. They keep the product on the counter, near the register, and leave a phone on it to show customers how it works.

The other place we’ve seen a lot of people do really well is on Facebook Live Selling. So, if you’ve got customers that sell with Facebook Live, get this item on there, demo it, and it’ll do great!

Terms are prepaid until credit is awarded. We accept all major credit cards, certified checks and money orders. We do not believe in finance charges, but we do ask that you adhere to the terms awarded.

New Accounts

All first orders must be prepaid with a credit card or certified check. Please provide company reference sheet complete with bank information to apply for open credit. Payment history is considered when approving credit limit increases. Initial orders must be paid before second order will be shipped. All accounts must be current before additional orders will be shipped.

All prices listed in the catalog are wholesale in U.S. dollars. Prices may change at any time without notice. No retail prices are listed on any products unless noted.

Minimums

Minimum opening order is $250. Minimum reorder is $100. 10% Surcharge for orders under $100.

All products must be ordered in the multiples or minimums as listed in the catalog. All orders will be rounded to the nearest minimum quantity increment whether up or down. Please account for this when placing your order, otherwise there may be a delay in processing your order.

Damage Claims/Order Discrepancies

Despite our quality-assurance efforts, damages can occur in production or transit. Please open and inspect your merchandise promptly. Claims of shortage or damage must be made within 10 business days of receipt of shipment. Returns must be authorized and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. No credit will be given for shop-worn product or product that has been stickered with retail price tags. Contact customer service (440) 349-9933.

Accounts with a balance 90 days past due or more will be sent to collection. Once sent to collection, all merchandise must be prepaid.
