CLIENT PROFILE

Chuck and Blair bass, high school sweethearts and married in 2012. They have always loved to travel together. AFTER VISITING sri lanka multiple times AND falling in love with the island country, They are hoping to build a small summer home in kandalama, sri lanka TO STAY WHEN THEY VISIT, AND POSSIBLY RENT OUT AS AN AIR BNB WHEN NOT IN USE BY CHUCK AND BLAIR. We are looking to create a floor plan with sri lankan style that fits 2-3 bedrooms SO THere is plenty of room for friends and family to travel with them.

THEY DO NOT HAVE A SET DESIGN STYLE IN MIND, BUT KNOW THEY WANT TO SOURCE MATERIALS, FURNITURE PIECES, AND OTHER PRODUCTS FROM THE REGION. FROM PREVIOUS STAYS, THEY HAVE FOUND TO LOVE the trees, the rich wood interiors, TRIANGULAR ROOF LINES, large expansive windows, and plunge pools. CREATING A HOME WITH ALMOST A “TREE HOUSE” TYPE FEELING AS A GETAWAY FROM THEIR NEW YORK PENTHOUSE.
