LETTER OF AGREEMENT

Mr, & Mrs. Bass,

It was a pleasure to meet with you both to discuss the design for your new summer home in kanalama, sri lanka. I would like to further expand on the services i will provide.

A floor plan will be developed based on the architecture in the region including all the spaces you require- an entry way to an open dinining room, a kitchen, a living room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a study, and an outdoor seating area. We will source materials, furnishings, and other resource from the region, as well as some the u.s. We will handle the entire scope of this project, including the services of:

-Develop and prepare accurate floor plans -Preliminary planning, Space Planning, Conceptual Development -Provide elevations / details of cabinetry and fixtures -Finalize all construction drawings and documentation -FFE Selection & specifications -Consult with architects, contractors, and any other outside services needed for the project -Review and confirm all finalized plans -Oversee the construction Phase

In Regards to compensation, we offer a service fee of $25.00 an hour for all services listed above. There will be a $1,000.00 retainer upon signing this agreement, along with several invoices throughout the process that will be elaborated in a purchase order at a later date.
