“Come play with us”
What’s our playground like? The Chelsea adventure playground is a great place for disabled and non-disabled children to play adventurously, creatively and safely. We aim to provide all children using the playground with equal access to all activities. Outside there is a large play area, a pirate ship, a sports trampoline, a nest swing, all sorts of different bikes and a variety of exciting play structures. So there is lots of space for all kinds of physical play! Inside we have a soft play area, a ball pool, plenty of room for arts and crafts, a chill out zone and quiet room as well as a lovely kitchen. The whole site is securely fenced and all gates are locked whilst children are on the site.
When are we open? Playschemes are open from 10 am to 4 pm during all school holidays and on Saturdays in term time. We can also open during the week for drop ins, school groups, after school clubs and evening activities. So, we are flexible and if we can open for you, we will. Try us and see.
Who can use our playground? We provide play for disabled children from 5 to 18 years old and, of course, brothers, sisters, friends and local children are always welcome to join in the fun. We also work with schools, nurseries, respite groups and after-school groups. Just get in touch with us using the contact details over the page.
