The challenge required us to design a school for 400 students from class 1 to 8 with all state of the art facilities in Patna, Bihar.

The basic module for a set of classrooms is derived from a hexagon.

The modules are clubbed together to form the academic block.

The hexagon is divided into six units, each forming a classroom with a courtyard in the middle.

An area is provided between the hexagons to form a lobby space.
