WORK EXPERIENCE London, United Kingdom Sep 2018 | Present 1. Utopicus: A co-working space with 700+ desk spaces in a challenging existing space with reduced connection with the exterior environment. Inspired by the layouts and solutions explored at the English Pleasure Gardens, Binom’s proposal achieves an stricking secuence of interior spaces maximizing natural light and making the most of the proposed indoor/outdoor spaces. I have been working since the tender package, contacting contractors and suppliers, doing design adjustments to maintain the budget so far, choosing materials and final colors, to begin work in September. 2. Competition Library in Madrid: This library proposal focuses on community accessibility and participation. For this I produced diagrams and 2d drawings, and have worked on concept design, technical studies, and visuals. 3. Basement extension and house refurbishment in Garway Road, London: Currently working on construction package of this grade II listed building, to start on site on September. The proposal consists in the extension of a basement, to facilitate the expansion of this family, while improving current housing and redesigning some of its spaces. Estrategias pasivas

Worked as a member on the refurbishment of the second floor of a building with change of use from commercial to residential, developing visuals and focusing on creating homes with comfort and well-being. 4. MArch. Master Thesis Project Universidad de Las Palmas de G.C. Contemporary 100 Social Housing. Melenara, Gran Canaria The local council proposes to occupy the current sports equipment, thus achieving a higher quality for the homes. Melenara is halfway between the countryside or the beach, as it was once used as a cultivation area. All this has left a landscape that I have called “collage”. Due to the fishermen activities, the building of “Los Marinos” was built, a large block of 100 houses. I propose a “mat-building”. This occupies the whole plot, but mimics with the environment. There are mainly two types of housing, compact shapes and terraced houses. I try to create a new scale, where all the houses can have their own free space, sometimes shared with the neighbour, sometimes unique, in a way that improve the relationship between neighbours.

“CORMA” ARCHITECTURE COMPETITION Universidad del Desarrollo Santiago de Chile, Chile. This project was presented together with two colleagues, Diego Carrasco and Macarena Guedelhoefer, to the Corma wooden architecture competition, very popular in Latin America, with the support of the international recognition teacher Cazú Zegers. It is a nursery centre located in Aysén, southern Chile, region of the lakes, and characterized by its rock formations known as “marble cathedrals”.

HOTEL TOWER | 5TH YEAR Universidad de Las Palmas de G.C. Playa del inglĂŠs, Gran Canaria. This project arises from the need to modernize the south of the island of Gran Canaria, invaded by hotels that proliferated in the 60s. The brief consists in developing an apartment tower with free spaces, restaurants and leisure areas. A tower idea always involves an idea of structure, and here it has been bet on volumes divided by different vacuum scales. The one existing between the boxes themselves, and the one existing between the large container boxes of the others. The tower is formed by three fundamental elements: the vertical core of connections, a rigid element, the different volumes where the different rooms of the apartments are established and the facade formed by a flexible mesh, which due to the interior program will be modified. This project was developed in partnership with Flavio Ramos.

URBAN DESIGN | 5TH YEAR Universidad de las Palmas de Gran Canaria Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Tenerife. The project is located in the port of Santa Cruz, an area that has now a weak connection with the rest of the city. The growth of the city has made it necessary to redesign this industrial area, which occupies a privileged place in the city, and the problem of communication routes must be resolved, since these act as a barrier between the sea and the city. The project recognizes some guides that correspond to the main streets of interest. These guides are recognized in the project in a cross way, with which the permeability and prolongation of the city is achieved. A first group analysis was carried out, and then each member developed a part of the intervention individually. Here is the general view of the intervention, and then a summary of the analysis performed. Below is the detailed development of the individual area.

WORK EXPERIENCE - COMPETITION BADIA+SOFFIA Santiago de Chile, Chile. April 2017 “UNIVERSITY ISLAD� Young Architects Competition This project was presented in group to the University Island Competition. The brief was based on recovering an old university campus on the Venetian island of Poveglia, and adapting it by intervening on it to the new requested buildings, this included classrooms, residences, dining halls, entertainment halls, transportation and sports services. To do this, it is proposed to create a macro tent that encompasses the whole, and also are located as a turning point with the sky and the stars, the main guidelines for the project, the new buildings needed.

WORK EXPERIENCE Las Palmas de G.C. Dec 2016 | Apr 2017 I gained extensive experience working on a range of large scale projects including the following: 1. Servatur Puerto Azul. Gran Canaria. Hotel refurbishment. We made the proposal for the renovation of this hotel, and we were chosen among 3 teams, thanks to the experience of ACH in hotel complexes in the south of Gran Canaria. 2. Hotel complex “Angel Ramos”. Gran Canaria. Hotel refurbishment. We were working for this client designing the gardens and pools, and also designing and doing the fit out for a new room type. 3. University Housing. Gran Canaria. During this project, I worked on different layouts and was making volumetric proposals to complete the maximum buildable.

The objective of this competition, developed as a group, is to build a house around 75 square meters for 4 people. We provide the house with the necessary strategies to meet the assembly deadline, which is 10 days. The material chosen is laminated wood. The model allows to take advantage of the sun from north to south, concentrating the open area to the center, in the style of the patio house.
