The State Government is warning all those still involved in oil bunkering in the State to, in their own interest, stop this shady and dubious business forthwith as stiffer penalties await them. Any person or group of persons caught in the illegal business will be dealt with according to the law. All vehicles and equipment used will be burnt. NASS, Okonjo-Iweala fight dirty
By JOSES SEDE ABUJA – The maxim that grasses always suffer when two elephants fight, is set to play out in an escalating war of supremacy between the federal legislators and the executive arm over the 2013 Budget implementation. The Budget which was presented to the National Assembly (NASS) by President Goodluck Jonathan in November
2012, was passed the following month of December (2012) to allow for 100% implementation, from January 2013 to December 2013.
However, the Appropriation Bill was not
signed into law until February 2013; and on March 14, an amendment proposal was transmitted to NASS by the presidency, an act that

SSS parades suspects
BENIN CITY- Three members of a gang that kidnapped the wife, daughter and driver of a Judge of the Supreme Court, Justice Bode
