2016 Census NPC promises to use Cutting Edge Technology AWKA - The National Population Commission (NPC) says it will deploy cutting edge technology in the collection, processing and dissemination of national census data in 2016. The Chairman of the Commission, Chief Eze Duruiheoma (SAN), gave the assurance at a reception organised for him by the Old Boys Association of the Holy
