MORE THAN JUST A DJ!

Last month our industry lost another great guy. Erik Moon passed away and he was well respected, friendly, fun and loved by everybody who knew him. Eric moved to the Tampa Bay area 15 years ago from East Haven, Connecticut and was a DJ at Oasis Cabaret, Brass Flamingo, Silks Adult Entertainment and most recently The Penthouse Club.

The industry had a “Celebration of Life Party” at Ozona Blue restaurant for him on Sunday April 23 and it was amazing! A good turnout, perfect weather, a delicious food buffet, live music and everybody had the opportunity to tell Erik stories. He was named NightMoves “DJ of The Year’ in 2020 and Eric was a huge Dallas Cowboy fan … he even named his dog Dallas! He was also was a Star Wars freak and a huge fan of wrestling! Rich from Silks and Eddie from Penthouse also said Erik was “lightyears ahead of the curve” when it came to technology. Here are a few photos from the party … RIP Erik.
