Scope of work : Remodelling the project on Revit at schematic stage , involves setting up the BIM model with the correct coordinates and linking it with the CAD & Rhino references Complete hotel design study for various options based on client comments Hotel Facade module study for efficient generation of room layouts on a radial grid Area schedule parameter setup Modeling of the structure in the bridge portion of the hotel and coordinating with the structural engineers Generating schematic elevations & Sections from Revit. Study of various complex scissor staircases & core and finding solution in critical areas where the zones cannot overlap. Integrating the external organic skin seamlessly on the internal facade of the hotel and resolving conflicts.
