OFFICE TOWER

Office tower is facing Jalan Kemajuan along with other office buildings and showrooms as a continuation of the style and typology.

OPPORTUNITY: FOOD ALLEY UNIQUE SEAFOOD RESTAURANT

Restaurant is facing Jalan 13/2 along with other cafes, restaurant and terraces of retails in PJ Midtown compound as I see an opportunity for the road to become a food alley. During lunch hour, the area is considered dense due to people come to eat at hawker stalls along the road.

Car park = 79 Motor park = 32

One-way circulation is proposed for the seafood restaurant to educate visitors by practicing minimal contact and physical distancing during the pandemic. Visitors will use the exit to The Central Garden and benefit the beauty and comfort of the garden

Spacious pre-event hall and lobby are introduced to cater for post-pandemic strategy. Visitors are at comfort with the physical distance and the large space makes the space look less crowded.

Automated sanitization is placed at entrance before visitors lead to their respective spaces. Large corridor is filled with planter boxes to make the space look soft and create an imaginary wayfinding and circulation to cater for pandemic situation.
