Add new recipes for your BBQ repertoire! You will learn Yuka’s special BBQ sauce with vegetables and soft chicken balls. The sauce is good for both marinating meat or tofu and brushing on vegetables like eggplant and portabella mushrooms. The tsukune (Japanese style chicken meat balls), made of ground chicken, egg and tofu, are soft and tasty. As a starter, she will make a quinoa salad with edamame and sea vegetables.
