Keiro Northwest Rebrand 2014-2016 Same values New vision Healthcare continuum serving broader API
Respect | Trust | Compassion Quality of Life | Family
Same Values, New Vision To be the premier healthcare organization for the Asian community and elders by modeling the Keiro Northwest way with every life we touch.
The Reality
We ended up with a hybrid which we are seeing is an unsustainable mix of priorities – Part JA community focus NM, KK, NH (legacy programs) and new programs HC, Catering ďƒ >90% participants are of Japanese-ancestry - Part inclusive healthcare organization
- Seattle Keiro (now Keiro Rehab and Care Center) has continued to increase in its diversity of families we serve
Questions for Discussion • What does the Keiro community want and need? • Who are we here to serve? • What defines Keiro and the Keiro community? Do we serve just one community? Do we have to be a single unified body to be considered community? • To what degree is community defined by the needs of different generations?
