In the workshop where I was awarded a full scholarship, we realized pavilion production with robotic production. I learned to design code software so that the robot could produce it. After writing the code, I had the opportunity to use Kuka. That was so fun. After producing the units, we combined all of them manually and positioned them at the entrance of the faculty.

Skills

Tasarım Atölyesi Kadıköy intern, 06.2016 In this workshop intership, I made projects focused on Kadıköy’s problems. Our main issue is to create parking spaces on the streets for bicycle users. We designed practical parking spaces by clinging to existing structures without making a new one

StudyoAB intern 02.07.2018 - 27.07.2018 (office internship) In this office internship, I had the opportunity to work on many projects of the office at that time. I prepared animations and presentations for the customer. I did a lot of furniture modeling. We also went to the field for surveying and took over the modeling of the project. It was my first office experience and it was a very pleasant environment.

This passage, which allows crossing between two streets, constitutes pedestrian traffic on Istiklal Street. From the spine, it formed its own backbone. It enriches the place by diversifying its attention with its glitter. Leaving a sense of perception, to leave the sense of the most powerful ones in our sense sense of smell and sound. The main coincidences of the location for use are the places of music and flowers. On the basis of the design research center, this passage created a place for everyone to come and work flexibly. The free spaces within the passage are providing together with different people and possible to gather under the same roof.

5.People used water in their home and garden. Also, people used water as a element of need, as a visual element and as a element of pleasure

3.Within these limits, we created or created the water where, when, in what circumstances, with whom or alone, how we will use it.

2.They have created a variety of use cases for individuals and perhaps even limited use.

The first design decision to increase the encounter of people in corridors.

The se econd design decision to show o or watch the experience which they will exxperience in the water at certain stages.

Deeper volumess were created to strip before entering the water,, and this third design decision would make them feel mo ore disconnected from the upper floors. The last step is taking shower before going into the water all together.

4.Established cities on top of the valleys to store water and use them easily in their homes.

1.STEP DECISION

2.STEP DECISION

Ca pe te Carpenter

I chose the carpentry to buil green house because i wanted they can produce their green house with wood.

plan

In this studio,we worked at Büyükdere Gardening School. When we explored the school ,we tried understand its story on the field trip. We tried to solve the logic of building settlements, to understand their functional positioning and feeling their life. We aimed to put a new function here in a building of this structure that was left to disappear in our day. We added the greenhouse to the structure we hold and unlike this one we added different climate greenhouses to our desired location. The most important event of the studio is to form these green shells. Our goal is to design our green house shells with grasshopper

This green house’s form took from the plants. These plants have sagging properties. I wanted to use these plants hanging in the mountains and I also used the feeling of climbing mountains woke to me as a design criterion in the shells

removable coffee table Furniture and Modular Systems| Instructors

Our first furniture is Recta. It is coffe table. We want it has two function for user’s. Trays are two-tiered. Top tray is not stable, users can take it and use as a service tray.In this way coffe table allows us storage books, booklet I mean thin someting inside bottom tray. Top tray can hide them and make us use it.

We wanted first coffee table can turning I mean its top tray can turn but we couldn’t produce because of balance. When we produced second coffee table, legs couldn’t stay stable because we designed coffee table first time and we forgot supporter for legs. Also we gave up to make turning tray.Instead of, we produced removable tray.

Last coffee table was the perfect. It can carry itself and removable tray works flawlessly.

THE PLACE WHERE BEING ACTIVE WITH WORK HETEROTOPIAS : ONCE UPON A TIME THERE WILL BE...

|

Instructors : Doruk Çiftçi, İpek Kay, Nil Aynalı, Semra Horuz, V. Şafak Uysal | İstanbul Bilgi University

1. Heterotopia is the place where people' life are interrupted by the normal course and host a variety of moments, experiences, events, situations called crisis. 2. The events / situations occurring in these places are temporary events. Starts and ends at some point in time When I ask the question in which case these two situations can be seen together in the library, I see the answer in the final /midterm periods. This is not the case where social order is interrupted, there is a situation that is radicalized and most commonly encountered encou in a certain region. It also creates its own insulation with its density.

HEAT THE HOUSE A TINY HOME FOR AN IMAGINARY BEING

|

Instructors :

Ali D.Dostoğlu, Burcu Gülmen, Deniz Tümerdem,Itır Saran, V.Şafak Uysal

This project was inspired by a book that is the Life a User’ Manual by Georges Pereg. Everyone was given a chapter from book and everyone was inspired by the character on the page while designing the tiny home. My chapter was fitth, Foulerot 1. Our design criteria came from the character of chapter, from her age, physical apperance etc., in relation to her particular position in her situation, to inspire oneself. I was inspired to walk that girl naked in the corridor and I tried to make the tiny home user feel that they should be naked at home.

POP-UP CAPSULE A KINE-SPHERE OF ONE’S OWN

|

Instructors :

Ali D.Dostoğlu, Burcu Gülmen, Deniz Tümerdem,Itır Saran, V.Şafak Uysal

This project was about finding place at school and placing a capsule. The function and form of the capsule should be appropriate to its place. My capsule was placed by me at Santral Energy Museum. My capsule was desing as a “do it your self” atelier and my products display area. This is because I wanted to produce “dıy” products which is pop-up style , I lıked and to show them,I thought about the best place to exhibit is the museum. Also I design my capsule was like a pop-up product. It had surfaces that can be opened and closed. These surface could be sitting area, walking area,my capsule’s wall and exhibition surface for my products. Inside my capsule every furniture were desinged as a pop up furniture. When I needed them, I opened it which I used.Everything was closed when the capsule was closed, and when the surfaces were started to open, the furniture which under the surface, were became available to use.

N.O.P.A was works conducted a 10 days workshop by ETH Zurich at İstanbul Bilgi Universiy. I got a chance to join as a scholarship.Workshop aimed introduction and experimentation robotic production. Every morning , some tutors gave us tutorials to create non orthogonal stucture. When the design was completed, we started production with KUKA.Kuka robot could put stucture’s pieces and calculate pieces’ place. Robotx could do all of them althought code was written in grasshopper. We joined pieces as a manuel.End of production, we put it in front of entrance Faculty of Architecture at Istanbul Bilgi University
