Each movement begins with the abdomen, focusing on controlling core muscles. Call 847-588-8410 for details 3 weeks AQUA - ARTHRITIS This class provides an opportunity for people with arthritis and post rehab conditions to help improve flexibility, coordination and muscle strength. This class is sanctioned by the Arthritis Foundation. A doctor’s note is required. LOCATION: Pool 6 weeks CROSS TRAIN Your instructor is a former division 1 player and high school coach. He will give you challenging drills to improve your fitness level and put you through the test. 5 weeks YOGA BALANCE Help increase your flexibility and stability. Gentle, relaxing moves. 7 weeks BOOT CAMP Step up your workout routine with fast paced class with plenty of cardio drills, kettlebell and free weight training. Something for all ages. 7 weeks CLASS
