THURSDAY 20th OCTOBER 2016 at 11.00am It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that any animals destined for the food chain are out with any withdrawal period. This includes Antibiotics, Anthelmintics or Sheep Dip that the seller may have given prior to sale.

WARRANTIES

All Down Cross Lambs are sold as Ewe and Wedder mixed unless otherwise stated. Lambs sold as Ewe Lambs not conforming to warranty and Wedder Lambs being improperly castrated, claims must be intimated within 14days.

UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED AT THE TIME OF SALE ALL LOTS IDENTIFIED “SA” ARE SCOTCH ASSURED IN ACCORDANCE WITH QMS CONDITIONS AND THOSE ANIMALS WERE BORN IN SCOTLAND.
