Our off-campus living site is an excellent resource with searchable lists of available accommodations, listings, maps, and year-round housing information for students and landlords. Also on the site are notes on how to inspect your potential new digs, tips for renters that address your personal safety needs, and features to look for in the search for your apartment or house. Quick links to the Hydro Home Assistance Program, the Landlord and Tenant Board, and the Residential Tenancies Act can also be found.
Transfer students may apply to live in residence and will be considered based on space availability. Our residences are rated the finest and most modern in Canada with residence options where studying, socializing, living independently, meeting new friends and making your own choices will provide opportunities for many great experiences. In addition, you will have the added comfort of a room of your own.
If you are still left with questions or concerns, the Off-Campus Living office provides assistance with landlord/tenant issues and community outreach. For more information call (705) 474-3450 ext. 4242 or email: offcampusliving@nipissingu.ca

In a globally-minded world, we believe it is important for our students to internationalize their degree. Our office helps students achieve this goal by providing support services and programs to assist in intercultural development and integration, fostering global citizenship, and providing opportunities to study abroad and/or internationalize your degree at home.
Registered counselling professionals offer free, year-round personal counselling services, specialized therapeutic groups, referral services and a host of wellness, educational and awareness events to all full- and part-time undergraduate and graduate students. A few appointment times are reserved each day to accommodate students in crisis situations and those urgently needing to speak with a counselor. In the event of a crisis outside of North Bay or after office hours, you may contact one of the following helplines, which are toll-free and available 24 hours/7 days a week:
