Disguise Architecture is the concept which I took for a villa in the area of Nglinggo. Nglinggo tea garden is a tourist village that has a high potential in tourism but for now the tourism facilities have not been fullest. Its dominance by local tourists where most of them just come to take pictures.
Scan or click here for more.
But a lot of things that could become unique tourism activities in the village, one of which was the habbit of villagers in making organic tea. Therefore the tea will accommodate the needs of resort tourism in addition to the beautiful scenery, which is expected to increase the value of tourism is the village Nglinggo.
CULTURE AS A KEEPER
COMPACT MASS
Introducing the culture of tea to visitors could also provide benefits for the citizens of the village of Nglinggo, where later conscious citizens would better appreciate and preserve the culture of the tea making process itself. This means they have to keep the source of the major producers of tea making ingredients, meaning that villagers should keep the existing tea gardens.
The placement of the resort in the steep site is enough to make the incidence of consideration of accessibility of the public areas to the private area. It results the mass of the building is compact, by dividing the private area to public area while three clusters are in the central part of the top so that it is easily accessible from each cluster.
Local citizens have benefited financially at the same time also safeguarding the sustainability of tea garden, on the other hand its own satisfaction when visitors enjoy the process of making tea and reveling among tea gardens in the village Nglinggo. Here the architecture provide the space feel warm when making process and enjoy tea.

3 CONCEPT
HEALING ART-SCAPE HOSPITAL
Lecturer

2016 (Thematic Studio)
Healing art-scape is the main concept of the hospital which has three major facilities, psychiatric healthcare centers, healthcare and drug rehabilitation centers and children's mental health. The goal was to make the hospital more friendly to the public, by combining art and healing. The art here is meant to help the patients free and encourage them to become more confident. The community is welcome to join and help the patient to learn to socialize.
MASS AND LANDSCAPE The tread has a fairly steep contour, this encourages us to create a unique hospital design which makes the contour as a "natural-barrier" to give an intimacy for each facility.
FUN HEALING
With the use of "art" as a primary medium of healing, the patient is expected to free themselves and fosters confidence so that later they were able to socialize with people.
FOCUS ON REHABILITATION There are four rehabilitation facilities in the area of the site. Including children healthcare center, psychiatric rehabilitation, drug rehabilitation, and general hospital. The main purpose of this hospital was made the hospital as a place more friendly to cure the patient by making "art" as a primary medium of healing.

THERAPEUTIC COMMUNITY
FUN RHYTHM
SAVE SHELTER
Based on psycho-social therapy, patients will be cured by interaction and also soul-therapy. There are areas to accommodating social events where they are able to interact with one another.
Focusing on the field of art music (the music in the outside area of the installation) and also provide an area where patients can express themselves with colors. There is also a garden in an area outside where the patients are invited to observe nature and make art inspired by nature.
It has design to accommodate social interaction between patients. like the healing garden and art studio. For the area in building our mendesai a higher ceiling, making it unlikely for the patients escaped through the roof. The floor of the building using a material that is easy to clean and warm colors to give sobriety in patients.
Drug Rehabilitation Center
For the area in the building we designed the higher ceiling, so it is not possible for patients to be escaped through the roof. The floor of the building using a material that is easy to clean and the warm colors choosed to give sobriety in patients.

Open green space in the city of Yogyakarta in the year 2015 amount have been eligible for a minimum of 30% of the total green open space of the city. However, very few green open space that are public so that procurement of the City Park in Yogyakarta become very limited. While the population continues to rise and the need for increasingly unbridled green open space still need to be maintained, as well as public spaces. The addition of a new layer in the form of public space vertically can be a solution to improve the efficiency of land use in the future.

Concept Villa & Chalet Design Photoshop Wadi Al Arbeieen is an impassable desert river in Muscat. The area around the tread has unique characteristics, the combination of arid mountains and the wadi water makes existing views in the area is potential to be developed into tourist areas. Therefore the land owners want to change the garden of the dates into a villa. The condition of the site is a fairly steep makes it is challenging in designing its own mass-mass. In addition the principle to maintain as much as possible existing trees also make we tried to provide the most efficient design. The development plan was made gradually due to the request of the client, to facilitate this area under the chalet will be built first. Then proceed with the construction of a villa in upper area, this procedure does not interfere with the operational because visitors chalet will not interrupted by the second phase construction in the area.

This project is the extended project of the facilities in Cilegon Mall Center. The extended in the form of an open mall, apartment, educational facilities, and health facilities. The region's own plan was built gradually upon request of the client. For the open the mall our team put forth three alternatives with the different phasing and circulation. While the internal discussions are still carried out for the selection of the best alternative, we try to complete the concept design where we used "circus" as the main attraction. In the middle area provided innercourt multifunctional where later can be used for circus performances.

reviving odaka
The Great East Japan Earthquake on March 11, 2011 was a severe disaster which caused a tsunami followed by nuclear meltdowns in Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Plant. It takes up to 2020 to be able to recover everything (according to Reconstruction Agency). Home-for-all (initiated by Toyo Ito) which was for the most part built close to the temporary housings has succeeded in healing the society. What lies beyond this is the next question – to those who have returned to their cities, what about them? Odaka, Minamisoma City, located within a 20-kilometer radius of the power plant, yet, since 2016, the evacuation order was lifted. Even though the city has been claimed to be completely decontaminated, agricultural products from this area are still struggling for acceptance. Moreover, only 19% of Odaka's residents who are mostly in their 50s, 60s, or older have returned. The fear of long-term radiation effect and not having a prospective career still haunt the youth from returning home. PROPOSAL This proposal seeks to solve the problems above. The proposal suggest 3 phases of community development program to revive Odaka.

Millennial Generation In 2018 the proportion of millennials is about 34.45 percent or more than a third of the total population of the country. The characteristics of millennium greatly influenced by the rapid development of technology, including digital technology. Familiarity with digital technology is said to make the millennial generation spend an average of three hours in front of their gadgets, will it make social interactions in the real world diminished? Decreased social interaction is followed by decreasing mobility due to whatever can be done from the hand, it is mean more time to sit in front of a glass display. Meanwhile, advances in technology also affects the scope of work in this era, making the millennial generation very flexible in choosing jobs. Social media like Instagram become platforms that are widely used to find rupiah. One of many jobs that are popular among the millineal is Instagram-influencer, where this job requires an aesthetic background spot. Why Bintaro? On the other hand, the development of technology makes travel the world became easier and cheaper, interest in the generation of millennial doctrines to explore the outside world makes them more likely to enjoy a vacation than buy a house to live. The needs of shelter not to be a top priority, but still the needs must be fulfilled when the generation of millennial began to build a family. The apartment became a popular commodity when prices in Jakarta is outrageously high but there are some people who turn to satellite towns like Bintaro as the ideal choice to build their own house. prawitacandrasari
