All you need is little bit of free time, a pinch of easy access to phones and computer, and since many of the assignments at school are done through the Internet, you just need a pinch of distraction or boredom and you get an Internet junkie. That’s a fool proof recipe that will not fail you. With all these things around you it makes it that more easy. Having some free time gets you to have nothing to do and the first thing you think about doing use the internet. That is the most common thing to do if you have a computer or phone around that has access to the Internet. In addition with many social networks, Google, apps that have become very popular nowadays and many other websites. For example Facebook; it does not matter if you are young or old if you have free time and have a Facebook account that where you most likely be spending you free time. People are constantly checking their Facebook page to see what other people are doing just check on their friends. That’s one of the main reason people are drawn to the Internet. You see students checking their Facebook before class, during class, and after class that what the Internet creates: Internet junkies. And with easy access to computer and phones that is made easier. In addition with easy access to phone, computer and other electronics everywhere, you will most likely end with any kind of electronic that has access to the Internet in your hands, instead of book. Most people today have a tremendous ability to access the Internet anytime, anywhere. With the majority of people having a phone or some type of electronic device, you can always find someone on

The Internet has become a global phenomenon resulting in more usage of the Internet as a method of communication. People you the Internet to communicate with friends via social networking sites as well as family members who can be living across the United States or even in other countries. Having the Internet so easy to access has resulted in us being so dependent on it. Most schools today require you to submit assignments via the Internet. With the world becoming filled with technology, schools are beginning to evolve and offer more Internet based assignments. I know that my community college requires me to work on assignments, as well as submit them, via the Internet. With school work revolving so much around the Internet how is an average person not addicted to it? I know I sometimes find myself working on my school work at one moment, and then the next I end up browsing through Internet Websites. Having so much online work can result in major distractions from the Internet. From personal experience, I can say that I have spent more than the average time rushing to meet the deadlines to submit my online work due to the fact that the Internet is such a major distraction. With the average person owning a phone or any type of electronic device that has the ability to connect to the Internet, it is easier for someone to become an internet junkie. People today have too much free time on their hands which results them to lean to the Internet for entertainment, as well as the easy access to phones and computer, and the fact that so much school work revolves around the Internet which leads to online distractions. All these factors and more contribute in a way to why and how someone becomes and Internet junkie.
