irvana, a place or state characterized by freedom from or oblivion to pain, worry, and the external world. Nirvana is a Caribbean fashion magazine that will highlight the works of Caribbean people in the fashion industry no matter where in the world they are. Our aim is to reach viewers around the world with each of our publications.

We chose this name because this magazine will be a place where readers can be free from all the everyday restraints of life and become one with fashion. We aim to inspire the young and the old who have always wanted to get involved in fashion but has never gotten the chance to do so and with our publications that will become a possibility for them. Our style is 100% original and our focus is 100% Caribbean. I also want to extend a big thank you to all those who were instrumental in making this happen. Special thanks to my team, Kibwe McGann, who opened so many doors for this project, Kerry Ann Clarke, Tessanne Chin and Nick Saglimbeni for always saying “hey, do it because you love it and not because you want to make money”. Without all your help this would not have been possible.
