I put my interest in art, design, advertising, photography, and many types of layout. Here are some of my works, containing college assignments and several of my personal projects. {poster layout} MOMENTUM POSTER A poster to celebrate 1 Dasawarsa (A Momentum) of DKV Binus University. The theme is “Uniqueness of Local Color”. The visual content on this poster shows that Indonesia has a lot of traditions and uniqueness from each province. The rainbow represents Indonesia as a beautiful unity of a country despite having many “color” of unique cultures.

{event poster layout} KLIFONARA POSTER A redesign poster of Klub Fotografi Bina Nusantara or Klifonara (one of Binus’ UKMs). This poster informs an open recruitment for the new college students of Binus who want to join Klifonara. The rule of this redesign project is to make the poster in black and white.

{brochure layout} JUICE BROCHURE This is a brochure layout for a juice drinking product called “JUICE”. The brochure has to show the freshness and the benefits of the product, and those can be seen from the colors and the composition of the design. Beside that, it should attract people to buy the product.

{brochure layout-2} TGA BOOKSTORE BROCHURE Beside making brochure for juice product, i also made a brochure to a stationary shop which has a very different feel and mood with juice. I chose to make a brochure for Toko Gunung Agung or TGA which has strong, ellegant, and serious feels. I used dominant red and black colors to show those feels.

{magazine layout} VIVA VACATION MAGAZINE The project was to make 4 pages layout of a vacation magazine consist of Content, Editor, and Article which i had to pick myself. The name of the magazine i made is Viva Vacation. The tone and manner of the magazine is clean, modern, and minimalist. I chose blue and green as the dominant colors to represent the freshness of a holiday vacation and the purity of nature.

{packaging} JOVAN REPACKAGING In this project, i had to repackage an unknown product which has a low quality of design. I chose “Miss Jovan Beauty”, a cologne for teenage girls. It is a local brand, so i picked “The beauty of Indonesian Women” as the big idea, and it is visualized with one of Indonesia’s batik motif as the background of the design.

I had to make a new concept to replace the original Davidoff ad. This ad has more sexy and ellegant mood than the original one, but stil retaining the cool and fresh feel of Davidoff Cool Water

{personal branding} PERSONAL IDENTITY BRANDING : NISCAYART In this project, i had to make a logo for my own corporate identity. The big idea of my corporate identity is modern and strong. The visual of the logo is a simplified curve that always goes up. The yellow triangle accent of the logo means that i will not restrict myself to keep thinking out of the line. And the combination of those 2 elements, formed the letters “N” and “A”, which is the name of my corporate identity itself : “NiscayArt”. The colors i chose are grey and yellow. Grey means modern and minimalist, and yellow means bold, young, and fresh.

{print ad advertising} PANTENE COMMERCIAL AD An interactive print ad media advertisement for PANTENE hair solution (in 2 pages). I made a tagline “Buat Apa Rambut Bagus Kalau Rontok” to show that a good hair is not always strong enough. So in this ad, i show a woman with a very beautiful hair, and a comb on it, but when the comb is moved down, the hair loss will appear under the hair. The main message (the tagline, the product, and the information of the product) is on page 2.

{launching promotion} ROLLO NAIL POLISH REMOVAL I made a new brand of nail polish remover for active and dynamic women called ROLLO. The most special thing about Rollo is: it is available in sheet form, so it is very practice and could simply clean your nails everywhere. The tagline is “Membersihkan Lebih Dari yang Anda Bayangkan” means that altough it can be used easily, Rollo still could clean your nail polish maximally, more than you can ever imagine. The advertisement main visual is a photo of women who seems to have no nails. It is shows that Rollo could clean your nail polish until your nails seems gone or transparant.

{promotion campaign} DRAGONFLY SHOES “Dragonfly” is a new casual shoes brand for youth generation. The specialty of Dragonfly is the design of the shoes is completely customizable. In this project, my team and i made a new logo and many creative advertising strategies to introduce Dragonfly to the audience. We used some unconventional media like “guerilla and ambient advertising”. We also created a unique promotion by making a buzz to public like creating games, made a costumized shoes design competition, etc.

{Dragonfly “buzz” game} DRAGONFLY “BUZZ” GAME: CATCH THE DRAGONFLY This game purpose is to make a buzz and to introduce Dragonly brand to the public. This dance floor will placed in public place like mal and it will work and turn on randomly. The rule of this game is to catch or step the dragonfly image which will appear from the dance floor.

{Dragonfly billboard} DRAGONFLY SHOES TEASER BILLBOARD This billboard is one of our ways to provoke the curiousity of the public to know more about Dragonfly Shoes. In the morning and afternoon, when the sun still shining, the content of the billboard is just a white space with one sentence: “Get Ready, 6 PM”. But after 6 p.m, when it turns to dark, the billboard change to the mascot of Dragonfly Shoes with the tagline “Feel The Fun!” undernath it.

{social campaign} BELA SOCIAL CAMPAIGN BELA stands for BErani LAporkan! It is a social campaign for woman to decrease sexual abuse which oftenly happened in Transjakarta Bus. The main purpose of this campaign is to make women feel free to speak up when they became the victims of sexual abuse. The big idea of the campaign is “communication”, so i used bubble talk to be the main visual element of the design. I also used an implicit approach for the design element with some symbols like female symbol, a closed mouth with zipper, etc. The logo is an illustration of exclamation mark which stands for women’s courage and firmness. The tagline i chose is “Diam tidak selalu emas!” which means that women should be brave and not ashamed to speak up, because silence is not always golden. I used various kind of medias for this social campaign like website, booklet, poster, t-shirt, etc.

{flash website} CHOCALOT WEBSITE The project is to make a flash-based website for a company which a theme that we had to pick ourself. My team and i got Food and Beverage theme and we chose “Chocalot Cupcake” company. The big idea of the website is cute, girly and fun. The specialty of this website is there is an interactive game and some new pages which i called “seasonal pages”. In seasonal pages, we created a themed-cupcakes based on 3 seasons: Valentine, Haloween, and Chirstmas.
