Eat These Foods To Enhance Your Brain Power! 1. Flax Seeds Flax seeds are rich in fatty acids, which are superb for good brain health. They are a great source of alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), which is an omega-3 fatty acid. Alpha-linolenic acid is used for the production of EPA and DHA, which are two important fatty acids utilized by the brain to build and safeguard neurons. Flax seeds also contain omega-6 fatty acids which are also used to build strong neurons, and to balance the brain habitat. Flax seeds can be sprinkled on salads, cereals or soups. Keeping a positive outlook and keeping active also promote brain strength via good hormone balance in the brain. Our brain is a very powerful component of our body, but is also influenced by our thinking patterns and behaviors.
