Nita Paterson

Having completed a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photomedia at the College of Fine Arts (UNSW), Nita Paterson is a dedicated young woman with creative flair and a passion for photography. Having initially embarked on a Bachelor of Design at the University of Western Sydney, Nita was exposed to a broad range of design studies including graphic, product and jewellery design before deciding to move into fine arts to focus solely on photography. Nita has a passion for photographing people, with a particular focus on the body and the creation of enticing and sensual images designed to intrigue the audience by exploring issues of identity, gender and sexuality. Having resided in Sydney, the UK and the US and travelled throughout Europe and South America Nita is also inspired towards the exploration of photo documentary.
