Foreign

That’s what we’ve become on our own planet

We live a superficial life

Surrounded by artificial beings

Consumed by machines

Do we even remember our past

So blinded by the future

And what we could be

That we never saw the present coming

She cried for our help

We didn’t listen

We craved to be closer

But settled to a life of loneliness

Social creatures we say

Perhaps that’s why she drove us back

Back to collectives

Back to reality

Before the corruption

The capitalism

Together again

Social again
