Preface For a long time, I have been thinking of drawing portraits. I am considered to be a serious guy. This combined with the job profile in which I am in for the past few decades had not allowed me the comfort of doing quality portrait paintings. So caricaturing was the way I found out to do both portrait and instil some lightness in my works. Thus born ‘Caricatured’. I started drawing popular and contemporary leaders who are topical and current in news. This process had been catalyzed by the discovery of one old A5 size sketch book with handmade paper. I used sketch pens and drawing pens of different colours. I believe I have introduced my way of caricaturing- an original one for that matter. I realise the enormity of the scope the theme which I have chosen has given me, while ensuring my active engagement in this act of creative recording. I have presented these portrait caricatures in Instagram (n.krishnaswamy/).
Acknowledgements Thanks to my parents. This talent and attitude to draw and do is inherited, though cultivated subsequently from life's experiences. A number of people have motivated me in keep continuing this. He has been in the printing and graphic design industry for over three decades and involved insecurity design and printing. He has published papers on design, identity and design management. He is a designer, painter, sculptor, photographer, teacher and writer and is passionate about colour and shape.
