IʼvebeengratefulforthemanylessonsIʼvelearnedoverthecourseofthesepast twoyearsworkinginHallaEast,asIbelievetheyhavemademeabetterteacher andstrongereducatorholistically.Inowhaveamuchdeeperunderstandingof whatitmeanstokeepstudentssafeandcreateahealthylearningenvironmentthat bothprotectsandinvigoratesstudents.Ihavealsodevelopedstrongerskillsin communicationandmonitoringprocessesthatenablemetomentorstudentsto reachexcellentstandards.
Mostimportantly,Ihavebeengratefulfortheexperiencetoworkwithsuch talentedandhardworkinggirls.Theireffortsandabilitiesinspiremedailytopush myselftobethebestversionofmyself.
