Camp Elliott Barker Day Camp
Camp Elliott Barker Day Camp is for Kindergarten to 5th graders. Leadership/program aide opportunities are available for 6th to 9th graders. Your camper does not need to be a current Girl Scout to join us in the fun! This is a gender-specific Day Camp for youth that identify as girls.
Camp will run Monday – Thursday. Check-in will be from 9:00 am - 9:30 am. Check-out will be from 4:00 pm - 4:30 pm. In addition to the activities listed in each session’s description, campers will participate in hikes, outdoor cooking, camp songs, and swimming or canoeing (once per session). Girl Scouts in grades 6th - 9th are invited to volunteer and earn service hours assisting with or leading programs. Learn about leadership, teamwork, conflict resolution, handling stressful situations, experiential learning, and child development. These leadership opportunities offer valuable skills and experience, many of which will help prepare you for life in high school. If you have not already, all active Girl Scouts will earn their PA pin by participating in this program.
