We are pleased to present this issue featuring our cover artist, Taos resident and world-renowned painter Malcolm Furlow. Malcolm’s life has been as colorful and dynamic as his paintings. He has had multiple careers -- back-up musician, set designer for Disney movies, professional exhibiter, sought-after model train consultant, photographer and author. But it has been his lifelong love of the Southwest that has brought him full circle.

award for their respective businesses. Santa Fe Goldworks has been selected as the “Best Local Jewelry Store” in Santa Fe for 2013 by the readers of the Santa Fe Reporter, and Southwest Decoratives and Kokopelli Quilting Company was named as one of the top shops in the country by Better Homes and Gardens’ magazine, Quilt Sampler.
