As can be seen from the chart, The levels of various pollutants continued to decrease from 2014 to 2018.
The site is located in Jiulongpo District of Chongqing, which is one of the four major bay areas in Chongqing. The planned design area is about 78 hectares,including the original power plant area and the riverside area. There are evidences of Chongqing's industrial civilization such as Chongqing Power Plant and Jiulong Power Plant. The Sichuan Fine Arts Institute and Huangjueping Art Block on the north side of the site also provide a good foundation for the development of art and culture industry
It was originally part of Chongqing power plant before it became indepwndent in 1954. Its present condition is dilapidated, but the framework is intact and can be reused.

Future Vision of the Area
Through the planning and design of the site, the existing low-efficiency brownfield will be transformed into a comprehensive area integrating living, office and leisure. The design not only uses the old industrial site to create an art and cultural space, but also uses the waterfront to create a leisure place. Overall, the design seeks to establish the district as a new landmark of the local era.
