I am writing this on Valentine's Day when we are reminded of love.

What a difference love makes. Think about your life and how full it feels when underpinned by love, and think of all those who have not known it.

I think we can all agree that we, in this bubble, are blessed beyond our wildest dreams, yet sometimes, appearances can be deceptive —loneliness, despair & depression can lurk where we wouldn't expect it.

My Valentine message is: "Be Kind". Let's remember that love changes everything. A great segue into a new theme for the NNR - our Natural World! Let's focus some of that love into caring & protecting it. Sadly, this is not 'a nice to do', but it is now a necessity.
