Not only do we feel strongly towards fashion itself, but we also feel deeply intrigued by the business, art, culture and life styles surrounding it. Rather than tell you what to wear and what not to wear, we are here to encourage fearless self-expression. NO15 magazine seeks to enrich the creative mind and nurture the artistic spirit. Just as the Federalist Papers--number 15 in particular--pushed people to challenge the Articles of Confederation, we strive to challenge established fashion norms in order to provoke a state of awareness about sartorial surroundings.
