Vendor area
Keith Walpole, owner of Walpole Trucking, Inc., was very generous in making the vendor area a success, along with Jim McLeod of McLeod Land Services. We opened the vendor area Saturday and handed out more than 300 KTM bags. Thank you Todd Sandoval from Palmetto Motorsports for getting the bags and the companies for donating items for the bags: Lake Eye Center – Dr. Scot Holman, BioFreeze, Daytona Lagoon, Ghirardelli Candy – Angie Cole, Risk Racing, The Progressive Corporation.
We had several clubs, Nature Coast, SADRA and Treasure Coast, step up and help with the kid’s activity area by providing two portable basketball hoops and several basketballs that were raffled off. This kept the kids busy and entertained.

ob and Shannon Parks both bought $30 worth of tickets at the banquet. "I actually didn't get to hear his name called because I went out to get a drink right after winning my beautiful quilt," Shannon said. "I figured our winning was over! When any of us state that 'we' won the bike,
"Winning the FTR Scholarship to me means that I will have more freedom to pursue my interests in college, and also is great because an organization I havebeen a part of for such a large portion of my life is is helping me make the most of the rest of my life. I plan on pursing a dual major in Biology and Spanish while on the Pre-Med track.
he is quick to correct us and remind us that it was HIS name called. He is learning to share though and has let Jackson and Bee ride it."

Danielle Hennessy-Wack was awarded a $2,321.84!
"I'm so grateful that FTR provides this opportunity for it's members who are attending college. Tuition is very expensive, and this scholarship makes it possible for students to go to the school of their choice. I am a student at the honors college of Florida Atlantic University and I am majoring in biology. I am so happy to be a part of FTR. I've made great friends over the years and I've had so much fun racing. I hope to continue to race while in college."
Steve Loomis, Sr.
won the 2013-2014 Season Recap poster provided by the FTR Business Manager and Magazine Editor.
Ian Finnerty, pictured with parents Cristie and Keith, won a $2,321.84 FTR Scholarship..
"All my life my parents told me I could go on to something great and I always thought, 'Ya, you're supposed to say that,' but since I've been in the FTR family, I've been under nothing but constant support and wisdom. Receiving the scholarship this year only reinforced the idea that someone thinks I'm capable to go and do something wiht my life, which means the world to me." Ian plans on studying finance/accounting and said he "can't wait to start giving back to FTR ASAP!"
FTR Scholarship Awards
Greg Davis Jim Cain
won $532 in the 50/50 raffle!
(former factory Husqvarna rider spoke about finding success.) "You can be anything you want to be," he said.
