ABOUT US 2by2 Industries was started by playground people for playground people. Backed by a decade of playground experience, 2by2 Industries was founded in 2010 to manufacture plastic Border Timbers to meet the high demand for top-of-the-line borders. Our ADA Ramps were added to the company’s product line in 2013 to meet the demand for ramps as a response to modern ADA guidelines. In Fall 2016, we re-imagined the possibilities of our border timbers and added the exciting and popular game of Gaga Ball to our products. In Spring 2021, 2by2 owner, Stephen Shepherd, designed, manufactured, and patented a first-of-its-kind product, the Border Bench™, and it was added to the 2by2 product lineup. There is now an inexpensive and functional seat that can be added to the perimeter of any play area using border timbers, without a second purchase and separate freight cost from different suppliers. Seeing the global shortage and price inflation of steel in 2021 and 2022, 2by2 got ahead of it and created a better, less expensive, lighter alternative to our steel spikes, called the VersaSpike. The VersaSpike completes our plastic products at lower cost, essentially saving our dealers time and money. Many of our dealers asked for a solution, we listened, and we made it happen! We love making our dealers happy, and through years, many of them have been asking for the ability to modify the length our 12” and 8” Border Timbers. In Summer 2022, 2by2 introduced the Adjustable End Cap, to help create play site borders that work perfectly with your specific measurements by reducing or extending the length of our Border Timbers! SERVICES FOR OUR DEALERS FREE QUOTES & ESTIMATES We realize you need cost/freight quotes delivered to you as quickly as possible in order to complete your quotes to your clients. We strive to provide accurate, realistic, and reasonable cost estimates to our dealers as promptly as possible.
PROMPT, FAST DELIVERY TIMES We are committed to providing our clients with fast delivery service anywhere within the continental United States and Canada. Most of our shipments deliver within 3-8 business days after the order is placed, which is extremely fast compared to the 3-6 week lead time you would get with others. We can drop ship directly to you or your customers. All items come on wooden pallets, with all the items needed for installation.
PRODUCT CUSTOMIZATION As a distributor, you have the opportunity to place your company logo/name on our timbers and ramp products. this is a one time fee-based service that also requires a minimum of 480 units ordered at a time.
STORAGE OF CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS If our dealers choose to customize their timbers and ramps, we offer warehouse storage up to a predetermined number of units. we will always let our dealers know when their inventory is low.
PRODUCT INSTALLATION INFORMATION While 2by2 Industries does not offer installation for our dealers and dealer’s clients, we provide product installation instruction sheets with all ADA Ramp, Border Bench and Gaga Ball Pit shipments, and have easily accessible product installation videos provided to you on our Youtube Channel. We work with our dealers to help you understand how to properly install all our products correctly.

PRODUCT WARRENTY All 2by2 Industries products are covered with a limited warranty to the purchaser or whomever receives our products. Our products are to be free from structural failure due to defect in materials or workmanship during normal use and installation in accordance with our published specifications. The warranty will commence on the date of the 2by2 Industries invoice to the purchaser and terminate at the end of the period stated below. This warranty is valid only if our products are installed properly and in conformance with the specifications, installation guides. 2by2 Industries reserves the right to accept or reject any claim in whole or in part, pending investigation of the products in question. 2by2 Industries requires photographic evidence of all warranty claims. If the products are damaged during transit by a freight provider, IT IS UP TO THE END USER to make notes on the delivery receipt and notify the delivery driver and 2by2 Industries immediately to ensure claims can be made with the party responsible for damage. Failure to do so could result in denial of warranty claim.
WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS:
Cosmetic defects, such as scratches, dents, marring, or fading. Damage due to incorrect installation, including but not limited to errant hits, driving into unsuitable ground conditions Vandalism Exposure to extreme weather Abnormal use outside of intended purpose Acts of God, such as hail, flooding, lightning, tornadoes, etc.
