This can be added using heat stamp, block foil stamp, foil film sticker or screen printing; for further details please speak to our team of experts. With a minimum order of only ÂŁ500 there is nothing stopping you from creating a fabulous display system that will help drive your sales forward. Once your order has been placed, our team will aim to produce your display, to your exacting requirements and have it ready to dispatch within 2-4 weeks*.

We can also offer help with selecting material types and colours, simply call our sales team on 0208 805 4111 who will be happy to advise on how to choose the right combinations for your store. All fabrics can also be ordered by the linear metre for covering window bases and counters.

Pick from the colour options Simply select the style of display from the carefully selected collection, then turn to the materials and fabrics section on pages 32-45 of this catalogue to complete the look. Choose from complete display sets and individual items, to build up a set that is right for you. We can also brand selected display components (additional charge for this service) with

DISPLAY SYSTEM A collection of ready assembled display sets for you to use. To help you choose the correct display components for different jewellery types, we have put together a selection of ready made display sets which can be found on the following pages. Each set comes with all the components you might need, a backboard for branding and marketing support, plus a base board set and all the free dress display items. The sets are split into 3 sizes for windows, cabinets and counters. Once you have selected the set you require, turn to the chapter on materials to finish the look. Each set has 3 different price points that tie in with the material & colours in that category. For example, if you have chosen the ring window set NS-19-0101 and would like that set in the Classic fabric range. Simply turn to the Classic fabrics and colours available to complete the display.

ORDERING DISPLAY When you are ready to place your order and you have selected all the display components you require, along with the material type and colour. You can simply call one of our sales team to go through the order over the phone or you can fill out your order on the Noblegift.co.uk website to complete your transaction. If you are not 100% sure of the material type and colour you can request sample cards which can be posted out to you. These can then be used to check material finish and colour before placing your final order. All orders placed must total ÂŁ500 or more and Noble will aim to produce them within 2-4 weeks, subject to material availability.

Goldsmiths of Shrewsbury recently opened a new concept store in the towns old market square. Noble were commissioned to design, manufacture and install a new display system that complimented the new store fit out. Carefully selected display components and materials were used to bring the store to life and enhance the beautiful jewellery displayed within the windows and cabinets. A brushed gold metal riser system complimented the luxurious fabrics and colour scheme, many of which can be found in the display and material section of this Noble Select catalogue.

TERMS & CONDITIONS GENERAL

CONSULTANCY AND PRODUCT DESIGN

In these conditions ‘the Company’ refers to Noble Gift Packaging Ltd (registered in England and Wales with company number 02726646) and the ‘Customer’ refers to the purchaser of the goods or the introducer. The Customer agrees that the conditions set out below shall be incorporated into any contract with the Company. The Customer’s standard terms or any other terms provided by the Customer or any other terms implied by trade, practice, custom or previous course of dealing shall not be incorporated into the contract or any variations thereof unless expressly accepted by the Company in writing. The Company may correct any clerical errors at any time. The contract between the Company and the Customer (which incorporates these conditions, all orders from the Customer and all quotations from the Company) constitutes the entire agreement between the parties. The Customer acknowledges that it has not relied on any statement, promise or representation made or given by or on behalf of the Company which is not set out in the contract.

Noble consultancy and product design service is available to the customer or potential customer at a rate of £600 per day or £80.00 per hour.

QUOTATIONS

DELIVERY

All prices are, unless otherwise stated, quoted exclusive of delivery costs and VAT. All prices quoted, unless otherwise stated, are subject to change without notice.

All dates specified for delivery are estimates only and the Customer shall have no right to damages for any failure on the Company’s part to deliver the goods in accordance with the time stated for delivery. Where the order required delivery of a number of items, the Company reserves the right to deliver all or any number of those items as soon as they are available, and the Customer shall honour all statements presented in respect of such deliveries in accordance with the payment terms.

ORDERS All orders received by the Company from the Customer either verbally or in writing may not be cancelled without the Company’s prior written agreement. SAMPLES The Company may submit samples to the Customer at a rate of one sample per line. All samples are chargeable to the Customer. Any bespoke sample made for a bespoke enquiry, produced for the client and upon the client’s request has a minimum charge of £250. All samples approved by the Customer shall be deemed to have been satisfactorily tested by the Customer and to comply with the specification of the goods.

WARRANTIES The goods shall be of satisfactory quality and will conform to any specification agreed by the Company in writing, within the normal limits of industrial quality for such goods. The liability of the Company for breach of the above term, or any claim in respect of any defect in the goods, shall be limited to replacement of the defective goods or, at the Company’s option, reimbursement of the price paid for these goods. The Customer shall not be entitled to make any claim in respect of any such defective goods unless the claim is notified to the company in writing within 7 days.

SPECIFICATION All drawings, descriptions, specifications and particulars of the goods to be supplied are approximate only. The descriptions, photographs and illustrations contained in this catalogue, price lists and other advertising of the Company have been provided in good faith by the Company but no such description, illustration or price list shall form part of the contract. If the Customer wishes to rely on any such description, illustration, price list or other advertising in entering into the contract it must notify the Company in writing before the Company prepares a quotation. The Company reserves the right to incorporate new features and to supply products which may not be strictly in accordance

with the specification agreed upon, provided that the changes in specification shall not materially prejudice the performance of the goods. It is expected that each batch of gift packaging products can be a different shade or, “tonality”, to the last production run. QUANTITIES The Customer or his representative at the Customer’s premises must sign a receipt in respect of delivery on receipt of the goods. Unless the Customer notifies the Company within 48 hours of the delivery, the Customer is taken to accept that the correct quantity has been delivered. Any discrepancies not notified by that time would not be accepted and the Company must be paid in full. MINIMUM SELECT ORDER The minimum goods order must exceed £500 (not including delivery, taxes and/or VAT). Any orders placed that do not meet the minimum order value will not be processed as part of the Noble Select program and should be made through the normal Noble Gift Packaging sales system. PAYMENT For Customers on a proforma account, orders must be paid for before dispatch either by credit card, cheque or bank transfer. For all Select orders, payment in full is required at time of order placed. For Customers with a 30 day account, payment must be received by no later than 30 days from date of invoice. To help with the allocation of your payment please make sure you quote your client number or the invoice numbers you are paying on the reverse of the cheque, or on any communication.

RETURNS Goods can only be returned if agreed with the Company. All goods being returned must be received back by the Company within 30 days of invoice date. This also includes damaged items. All bespoke goods are non-returnable unless damaged. In the event that goods are returned because they are damaged or defective, goods will be inspected in our premises and if deemed that the goods have been mishandled or that the damage caused was not deemed to be what would be expected in the normal course of business then the Company reserves the right to withhold a refund, the Company shall have no liability to the Customer other than the replacement of those goods, or reimbursement of the price paid for those goods. Cancellation by customers of a bespoke order will incur a 100% cancellation fee. RISK Risk in the goods shall pass to the Customer on delivery. PRINTING Once the artwork has been signed and confirmed by the Customer the Customer is then liable for payment of this item. Any printing orders that are cancelled after the artwork has been approved and signed for by the Customer are liable to a cancellation charge. TITLE Title to the goods and ownership of all artwork and printing dies shall not pass to the Customer until the Company has received payment in full in cleared funds for: (1)the goods and artwork/dies in question; and (2)any other goods the Company has supplied to the Customer in respect of which payment has become due. Until title to the goods has passed to the Customer, the Customer shall: (1)hold the goods on a fiduciary basis as the Company’s

bailee; (2)store the goods separately from all other goods held by the Customer so that they remain readily identifiable as the Company’s property; (3)not remove, deface or obscure any identifying mark or packaging on or relating to the goods; (4)maintain the goods in satisfactory condition and keep them insured against all risks for their full price from the date of delivery; (5)notify the Company immediately if it is subject to an insolvency event, or, being an individual, becomes bankrupt; and (6)give the Company such information relating to the goods as the Company may require from time to time, but the Customer may resell or use the goods in the ordinary course of its business. If, before title to the goods passes to the Customer, the Customer becomes subject to an insolvency event, or, being an individual, becomes bankrupt, or the Company reasonably believes that any such event is about to happen and notifies the Customer accordingly, then, provided that the goods have not been resold, and without limiting any other right or remedy the Company may have, the Company may at any time require the Customer to deliver up the goods and, if the Customer fails to do so promptly, enter any premises of the Customer or of any third party where the goods are stored in order to recover them. In those circumstances, any outstanding orders will be cancelled immediately and the Customer shall remain liable to pay for the goods less the disposal value received by the Company for part of the goods in its possession or reclaimed by the Company as above. The Customer shall also be liable for any direct or indirect costs incurred by the Company in carrying out the above. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY Nothing in these conditions shall limit or exclude the Company’s liability for: (1)death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or the negligence of its employees, agents or subcontractors (as applicable); (2)fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (3)breach of the terms implied by section 12 of the Sale of Goods Act 1979; (4)defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987; or

(5)any matter in respect of which it would be unlawful for the Company to exclude or restrict liability. Subject to the paragraph above: (1)the Company shall not be liable to the Customer, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, for any loss of profit, or any indirect or consequential loss arising under or in connection with the contract; and (2)the Company’s total liability to the Customer in respect of all other losses arising under or in connection with the contract, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall not exceed the price paid for the goods. FORCE MAJEURE The Company shall not be liable for failure to deliver the goods or for any delay in delivery of the goods, or for any damage or defect in the goods where such failure is caused or contributed to by any delays outside the Company’s reasonable control, including but not limited to shortages of raw materials, strikes, and civil commission or acts of god, theft, water and embargo. GOVERNING LAW The contract between the Company and the Customer, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, English law, and the parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
