C A N C E L L AT I O N P O L I C Y To cancel or modify without charge please notify us 24 hours in advance. A 50% fee will be charged if the appointment is cancelled within the cancellation policy. No show appointments will be charged in full.
PUNCTUALIT Y Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Your treatment will begin promptly at its designated time. Late arrivals will have their treatment time modified to not inconvenience the next guest.
UPON ARRIVING You will be provided with a locker, robe and sandals for your treatments. We suggest leaving jewelry and valuables in your guestroom.
SERVICE CHARGE For your convenience, a 20% service charge is added to the price.
PREGNANCY Your medical professional’s consent is requested before we begin your treatment. If this is unobtainable, we request you sign a waiver of liability prior to your service. Let us know when you make your reservation which trimester you will be in at the time of your appointment. Massage within the first trimester is a contraindication of massage services.
