Ballroom Dancing Tips
You don’t have to limit yourself to just an hour of ballroom dancing. Most dancers I know don’t stop with just one hour anyway. I can pretty much tell you right now that you will be having so much fun, the time will fly by so fast. You will have burned a few meals without even realizing it. That’s the beauty of dancing. With regular workout regimens, you will be looking at the clock every 5 minutes or so. However with dancing, you will not even want to stop. I strongly encourage you to invite as much friends as you can so you really maximize your dance workout. The adage “The more the merrier” applies to your ballroom dancing adventure.
