cal and supportive care where a client lives, whether at home, in a nursing facility or hospital. We provide a compassionate presence and specialized medical knowledge to clients and their loved ones as death draws near. Hospice Care begins when a terminally ill person chooses care options based on comfort and symptom relief rather than a cure.

2 Our team works together to relieve pain, control symptoms, provide support and enhance the quality of life through a range of services. 2 The clinical members of the team the clients

Physician, Dietitian and Registered Nurse work together to alleviate pain and other symptoms, educate the client and loved ones on medications, medical equipment, diet , disease management and care needs of the patient.

2 Our Hospice Spiritual Coordinator assists clients on their spiritual journey providing comfort and support. 2 Our experienced Medical Social Worker may provide guidance on legal matters, community resources, funeral planning, emotional support and counseling to clients and their loved ones.

Instructions Combine first 5 ingredients. Whisk in oil. Place pears in a medium bowl. Add 2 tablespoons vinegar mixture; toss. Combine lettuce, red onion and chicken in a large bowl. Add remaining vinaigrette (or to taste) and toss. Arrange salad on large plates. Top each serving with pears, pecans and cheese. Serves 6.

Prepare grill. Soak wooden skewers in water 5 minutes. Seed watermelon; cut into 2-inch chunks. Cut fish into 2-inch chunks. Thread fish and watermelon alternately onto skewers. Combine garlic and oil; brush on fish and watermelon. Combine spices; sprinkle on fish and watermelon, turning skewers to cover evenly. Place skewers on grill rack. Grill about 2 minutes on each side. Serve with lime wedges.

Instructions Preheat oven to 400F. Combine sour cream, lime zest, 2 teaspoons juice and salt in a small bowl. Combine corn, edamame and green onions in a second bowl; stir in about half the sour cream mixture, the remaining 1 teaspoon lime juice, cumin and a good grinding of black pepper. Arrange tortillas on a work surface. Sprinkle one quarter of the cheese over one half of each tortilla. Top cheese with one quarter of the chicken, then the corn mixture. Sprinkle evenly with cilantro, and fold unfilled halves of tortillas over filled halves (making half moons). Brush a large, heavy baking sheet with 1 teaspoon oil. Arrange tortillas on sheet, and brush tops with remaining 1 teaspoon oil. Bake 12 minutes, or until quesadillas are lightly golden. Flip quesadillas, transfer to a cutting board, and let rest 5 minutes before slicing each into 3 wedges. Serve with reserved cream. Heat a large sautĂŠ pan over medium-high heat. Add oil, peppers and onions; cook, stirring occasionally, until softened, about 8 minutes. Add garlic, paprika and cayenne; sautĂŠ until just fragrant, about 1 minute. Add wine and cook, stirring, until nearly evaporated, about 2 minutes. Add tomatoes and broth and bring to a simmer. Cover, reduce heat to low, and simmer 3 minutes. Remove skin from chicken and pull meat in large pieces. Add chicken to pan. Reduce heat to mediumlow and simmer until thoroughly warmed, about 3 minutes. Whisk flour into sour cream in a small dish. Slowly add to sauce and simmer 3 minutes more (do not boil). Stir in dill, lemon juice and sugar and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
