We made a web to visualise the interconnections between the 5 ways to wellbeing Understanding that by making space for one of the ways of wellbeing in our lives we are supporting the presence of the other ways also.

-helps us to focus on our mental health by doing mindfulness & meditation - gives us the knowledge of relaxation techniques and breathing exercises - More movement – Walking/ Hiking/ Yoga/ Kayaking -

- creating a space that allows us to communicate with each other in our community - We create friendships through shared experiences - It gives us skills to be more comfortable in a diverse range of situations and to be able to connect to different kinds of people and cultures - Connect to nature, new people, new experiences

- Giving us the opportunity to try new things and different activities like mindfulness and meditation - Attending meetings, workshop and learning about ourselves & each others - Travelling to new places - Learning new cultures and trying new food - How we can help create positive change in our community
Expectations/ Motivations • I’d like to develop workshops around mental health, wellbeing and eventually travel to schools/ young people to talk to young people • I’d like to learn how to manage my own stress better and to help others overcome obstacles and gain better coping mechanisms • I want to be part of spreading positive news • I think it will help me to grow as a person, learn new things and could help me in my life • It will help me to come out of myself a bit more • Sounds like a brilliant opportunity to meet new people and develop new skills
• Sounds like a brilliant opportunity to meet new people and develop new skills • I would like to learn more about mindfulness and be a supportive role model • I’m excited about looking a things with a different mindset, forming new friendships and keeping an open mind to new things • I’m interested in being part of this programme because I am really into young people having a good mental health. Hopefully this will allow me to help not only myself but others around me also. I want to learn about having a better and healthier mindset • To try something new with a focus on wellbeing and mindfulness and to get involved in a community initiative • I’m excited about connecting to likeminded people and us speaking up and expressing ourselves
