The Maidenhead Beach at Norden Farm
Mon 23 Jul - Sun 2 Sept 10am - 4pm Grand Opening: Tuesday 24 July 10am Our ever popular Beach is back, all summer long this year inspired by the laid back tropical paradise that is Goa. It’s free to play on every day with beachside tables available for snacks and lunch from our Café Bar. Peel yourself off the beach and get creative with your little ones in our daily Beach Craft sessions. Or relax with them in the beach hut story den for Storytelling. For maximum chill out, explore the indoor sensory space, designed for children with SEND. The Beach has been designed and handmade by Norden Farm with the help of the community.

Your chance to be on stage and in the spotlight! Join the only youth drama group in Maidenhead which rehearses in a professional theatre! Our friendly theatre company lead the sessions, where you’ll have fun and meet new friends. Each term you’ll create a show and perform in our studio or on the main stage, with lighting, sound and staging from Norden Farm’s technical crew. Pick up performance skills from stage combat to acting for camera and physical theatre to accents, while working with scripts from famous playwrights or made up by you. Class

Tues - Fri (4 day placements from 31 Jul) Age 14 - 17 years | 10am - 4pm | Free Gain hands on work experience, while increasing your confidence and self-esteem. Activities include assisting holiday clubs, craft and storytelling sessions and front of house activity. Work alongside professional arts practitioners, leading to an end of week open workshop for local children and families. See our website for more details and an application form.
