DECKMA SIGNAL LIGHT COLUMNS
sind in verschiedenen Gehäusegrößen erhältlich (siehe obige Maßzeichnungen), je nach Anzahl der montierten Leuchtfeldanzeiger und sonstiger Signalmittel wie Sirenen, Hupen, Blitz- oder Rundumleuchten.

Die Gehäuse bestehen aus Stahlblech, sind grau (RAL 7035) pulverbeschichtet (Sonderlackierungen auf Anfrage), und werden mit montierten Befestigungswinkeln aus verzinktem Stahl geliefert. Edelstahlgehäuse können auf Anfrage geliefert werden.
The housings are made of grey (RAL 7035) powder finished steel sheet (special colours or coatings on request). Mounting legs are made of galvanised steel. Stainless steel housings are available on request. Our Signal light columns are manufactured conforming with SOLAS / IMO Resolution A.686(17)

Die Gehäuse bestehen aus seewasserfestem Aluminium mit einem durchsichtigen Polycarbonatrohr. Die Lichtrufsäule ist in einen EExD Gehäuse montiert.

Der Generalalarm Automat GAS 3000 ist ein preiswertes und einfach zu bedienendes Gerät welches üblicherweise auf der Brücke montiert wird.
The general alarm unit GAS 3000 is a low cost and easy to operate system to generate the alarm signal sequences for general alarm or abandonment of the ship.
Er erzeugt automatisch das Taktsignal für Generalalarm (7x kurz, 1x lang), oder das Taktsignal zum Verlassen des Schiffes (kurz, lang, kurz, lang), wenn dieses in einer Notsituation erforderlich werden sollte. Andere Signalfolgen können manuell gegeben werden. Zur Sicherheit sind alle Taster durch eine Tastensperre gegen unbeabsichtigte Betätigung geschützt. Der Generalalarm Automat GAS 3000 wurde entwickelt und hergestellt gemäß den Anforderungen und Vorschriften des Germanischen Lloyd (GL) und Lloyds Register of Shipping (LRoS). Ausgerüstet mit verschiedenen potentialfreien Kontakten ist der Anschluss externer Sirenen und Signalleuchten möglich. Der Generalalarm kann über drei Eingänge auch von anderen Geräten wie z.B. dem Wachalarm Automaten oder der Feuermeldeanlage automatisch aktiviert werden.
Mounted at the bridge the GAS 3000 automatically generates the signal sequence for general alarm (7x short, 1x long) or the signal sequence to abandon the ship (short, long, short, long) in case this becomes necessary in an emergency situation. Other signals can be given manually. For safety reasons all buttons are protected against unintentional activation by a key lock function. The general alarm automat GAS 3000 was designed according to the class requirements and regulations of German Lloyd (GL) and the Lloyds register of Shipping (LRoS). Equipped with different potential free alarm contacts external sirens and beacons can be connected. The general alarm can also be activated automatically by other devices like e.g. the watch alarm or the fire alarm system.
Die Beleuchtung der Bedienelemente ist einstellbar, um eine Blendung der Besatzung zu vermeiden.
Illumination of operating elements can be dimmed to avoid glare of the wheelhouse crew.
Der Anschluss des Automaten erfolgt über eine steckbare Klemmleiste, die den einfachen Anschluss und einen schnellen Austausch des Gerätes ermöglicht.

Funktion / Anwendung
Function / Application
Im Falle eines Ausfalls des Maschinentelegraphen kann die Hauptmaschine, oder z.B. auch ein Verstellpropeller mit diesem Not-Maschinentelegraphen betrieben werden. Die Funktion des 2-draht Bussystems basiert auf einer bidirektionalen, seriellen Kommunikation zwischen den zwei Telegrapheneinheiten. Die Position der Drehschalter wird dabei kontinuierlich zur jeweils anderen Einheit übertragen, wobei die aktuelle Position des Drehschalters von einer LED als Dauerlicht angezeigt wird. Die empfangenen Daten werden mit der Position des Drehschalters verglichen. Wenn keine Übereinstimmung besteht, beginnt die LED der gewünschten neuen Position zu blinken. Gleichzeitig ertönt der eingebaute Summer und der Ausgangskontakt wird aktiviert.
In case of a fault in the vessel’s engine telegraph system the engines or even controllable pitch propellers can be operated by using this backup engine telegraph system. The operation of the two-wire system is based on bi-directional serial data transfer between the two units. The positions of the rotary switches are continuously transferred to the other unit whereas the actual position of the rotary switch is indicated by a LED which shows steady light. The received data is compared with the position of the receiver’s rotary switch. In case of non-equivalence, the LED of the new position flashes. At the same time the relay and / or buzzer starts pulsating.
Wird der Drehschalter nun in die durch die blinkende LED angezeigte Position gebracht, dann wechselt diese zu Dauerlicht, der Summer und Ausgangskontakt werden deaktiviert und die neue Position wurde bestätigt. Die LEDs können gedimmt werden. Das Blinken wird jedoch immer in voller Intensität angezeigt, unabhängig von der Stellung des Dimmers. Da die Übertragungsbausteine in den Einheiten in ständiger Kommunikation miteinander stehen auch ohne das ein Drehschalter betätigt wurde wird eine Störung des Systems jederzeit sofort erkannt und ist daher Betriebssicher.
By turning the receiver’s rotary switch to the blinking LED, the new position is accepted, the buzzer stops, and the LED is continuous again. The light of the LEDs can be dimmed but while flashing the LED shows a full light, irrespective of the dimmer position. As the transmitting parts of the units are always communicating , regardless of the positions of the rotary switches, the whole system is considered to be fail-safe as a fault will immediately be recognized.
