Parents should enter the Meredith Center for the Arts parking lot from Granby Street and proceed toward the main lobby entrance near the Scribner Belltower.

ARRIVAL PROCEDURES 7:30-8 A.M.

1. The main lobby entrance will be unlocked at 7:30 a.m.

2. Students who arrive between 7:30-8 a.m. must remain in the lobby.

ARRIVAL PROCEDURES FOR MORNING BAND, CHORUS AND STRINGS

1. Band and Chorus will begin meeting after Labor Day.

2. Band students will meet in the Band Room and will enter through the upper school main lobby entrance between 7:20-7:25 a.m. Students will be greeted by upper school faculty/staff members.

3. Chorus students will meet in the chorus room in the Meredith Center for the Arts. They will enter the Meredith Center through the doors located by the chorus room between 7:20-7:25 a.m. That door is most easily accessed by entering the parking lot off of Granby Park Drive. Students will be greeted by upper school faculty/staff members.

ARRIVAL PROCEDURES BETWEEN 8-8:20 A.M.

1. Seniors will park in the lots located closest to the Watt-Baker Gymnasium and will access them through the third parking lot entrance on Granby Street; however, they are not to park in the spaces in front of the Meredith Center for the Arts. Overflow parking for seniors and other student drivers is available on both sides of Suburban Parkway and the lot next to the Mathas Family Field. We ask that students do not block the school buses when using overflow parking. They will enter through the upper school lobby doors (illustrated on the map as ).

2. Juniors may park along Suburban Parkway and the parking lot in front of the Mathas Family Field. Please note that parking by the Franklin Family Field is reserved for middle school faculty and staff only. Juniors will enter through the upper school main lobby entrance (illustrated on the map as ).

3. Sophomores and freshmen will enter through the upper school main lobby entrance (illustrated on the map as ).

ARRIVAL PROCEDURES AFTER 8:20 A.M.

1. Any student arriving on campus after 8:20 a.m. will enter through the main lobby entrance where they will sign in.

2. Any student arriving after 8:20 a.m. to class or to campus will be marked tardy.

DISMISSAL:

Dismissal begins at 3:10 p.m.

1. Students are permitted to leave campus after dismissal and to return for pick-up, athletic practices or contests, play/musical practices, extra help, club meetings, etc.

2. Unless students are working with a teacher or coach, all students in Grades 9-11 on campus after 3:10 p.m. are required to report to the Stanton Library until their rides arrive.

3. All students, with the exception of those in practices, performances or contests, must be picked up no later than 6 p.m. A fee of $25 will incur every 15 minutes, or any part thereof, past 6 pm.
