Join this energizing class! This combination class includes cardio and strength training. Please bring your own exercise mat and hand weights. All fitness levels are welcomed.

After Work TRX Fitness Class

TRX is a form of suspension training using body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability. It requires the use of the Suspension Trainer, a performancetraining tool that leverages gravity and uses body weight to complete the exercises. All fitness levels are welcome. Please bring your own exercise mat and your own water bottle.

Gentle Fitness

This class is designed to improve cardiovascular flow, range of motion, and strength to allow participants to complete daily movements with confidence. The class will provide participants with a variety of exercises that can be performed while seated in a chair.
