Stonebridge Community Services: Stonebridge Community Services offers a variety of inperson and online exercise programs for adults 55+. Group exercise, falls prevention, and walking classes are available throughout Norfolk County. All classes are FREE but preregistration is required. $1/week to play

Since opening it’s doors in March 2022, The Port Dover Senior Centre has welcomed hundreds of members who reside in Norfolk County and neighbouring communities. Whether you are looking to remain active through various fitness and wellness programs, reignite your creative skills through art and creative writing courses or sit down with a cup of coffee and socialize at our connections cafe, our community offers a little slice of everything for everyone.
