Line Dancing
Line Dancing works on coordination, balance and helps increase bone density still while having fun. The quick movements are good for increasing brain memory and heart health.
Cards & Games
Join us for a variety of card and board games from euchre, rummy, dominos and more. Playing these games improves memory skills, strategic thinking and encourages friendly rivalry!
Membership Meetings
These monthly meetings bring members together to share ideas, collaborate and contribute to the quality of the recreational opportunities.
Sing-A-Long
This activity is for you if you like singing or have an instrument you can play! Music stimulates the mind and can help with memory and concentration.
Arts & Crafts
Join us for a different make and take every week or bring your own project to work on and share your talent with others! Supplies available.
Needle Art Club
This Club is for members interested in all different types of needlework including knitting, crocheting and quilting. Bring your own projects, meet new people and share your skills.
Shuffleboard
The objective of this game is to try to get your puck to stop on the highest scoring area without sliding out of bounds. Shuffleboard is easy to learn and invites players to be strategic and have fun.
Chair Dance Class
Participate in a high-quality dance program that supports, physical, emotional and social wellbeing via video with an instructor from Canada’s National Ballet School. These classes are designed to be adaptable for participants of varying abilities.
Aerobics
Come out and enjoy this low Impact Aerobics program! It involves a basic choreographed aerobic workout. You will be burning calories, improving flexibility and toning-up and having fun! Leave your worries at the door, engage and improve your fitness.
Yoga Movement, stretching and breath work to promote flexibility, balance and harmony in body, mind and spirit.
Qigong
Qigong exercises include meditation, breathing and energy work. The exercises move the spine and all the joints. Regular practice of Qigong can greatly improve your quality of life and health.
Volunteer Baking Program
Sign up and share your kitchen skills to bake for the local after school program. Baking can bring back memories, stimulate senses and improve appetite.

Victim Services
Join Crime Victim Expert with Victim Services of Haldimand-Norfolk and Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation and learn more about this organization. Victim Services offers 24 hr, 7 days a week crisis support, practical assistance, information and referrals to victims of crime, tragic circumstances and disaster. This community based organization provides much needed one-on-one support to ensure that the needs of each victim are met. If you have been a victim you have a right to assistance!

Hearing Health
Learn the importance of hearing health and tips for healthy hearing. Candice Vande Wetering with the Alternative Hearing Aid Clinic will discuss hot topics including cerumen (wax) management, Tinnitus, amplification and assistive listening technology, with the opportunity for questions and answers.

Lore and Legends of Lake Erie
Katie Graham, Curator of the Port Dover Harbour Museum, will give you a quick introduction to the museum, and share the stories of some of it’s most popular exhibits. The Port Dover Harbour Museum focuses on the history of Port Dover, the lakeside communities of Norfolk County and Lake Erie’s commercial fishing industry.

Arthritis and the Importance of Physical Activity
Join Erin Miller, Registered Occupational Therapist with the Arthritis Society Canada virtually and learn how arthritis affects more than just your joints and introduce the concept of selfmanagement and the role of physical activity in managing osteoarthritis symptoms.

Dementia Education & Support
Join Maria Leitao, First Link Care Navigator and Robyn Mummery, Educator from the Alzheimers Society BHNHH and learn what the risk factors are for developing dementia and what services are available.
