March Break Adventures 2023 Day Camp

Our theme this week is Green Energy! Lots of STEM activities will be offered focusing on conservation, the environment; and solar, wind and water resources! Campers will create fun Spring crafts throughout the week and wrap up the week with a guest visitor on Friday! Weekly registration is available for campers age 4*-12 years. To ensure that all of our campers are successful, please contact the Recreation Team in advance of the program start date if your camper requires an accommodation.

Important Camp Info:

• All *4 years olds registered in recreation programs must be currently enrolled in or completed JK

• Camp days are planned around a daily theme led by energetic staff. Bring your positive attitude!

• Please send lunch, snacks, and refillable water bottle each day

• Camps/PA Day programs are ‘nut free’

PA Day Camp, April 21: Nature at its Best

If you go down to the woods today you’re sure of a big surprise! PA Day Campers will have fun Scavenger hunting, spotting signs of spring, making nature crafts and playing fun games! Ages 4-12 years.

PA Day Camp, June 2: Jr. Firefighter

Join us on this adventure-packed day of touring the fire station, spraying the fire hose, playing fire fighter challenge games and taking a commemorative photo with our local fire department. Ages 4-12 years.

Summer Day Camps

Summer Day Camp is a great way to learn new skills, build friendships and enjoy the outdoors! Our Norfolk County Recreation Department strives to provide exciting, inclusive and safe opportunities for children to lean, play and grow together. Outdoor Day Camps are located in Delhi and Simcoe for children between 4.5-12 years old. Camp is offered daily Monday- Friday. Weekly registrations only. Inclement weather locations: Delhi Arena & Talbot Garden Arena

$147.20 for the week of July 31-August 4

Field Trips: Additional fee of $20 must be paid at the time of registration. Field trips are scheduled once/week throughout the summer.

Field trip locations:

• Swimming at the ACAC

• Backus Heritage Conservation Area (BHCA)

• Waterford North Conservation Area (WNCA)

Optional: Hot Lunch Fridays. An additional fee of $5.00 must be paid at time of registration. Payment will not be accepted on site. Hot lunch includes 2 slices of pizza
